Drawings

This storyboard reminds me a little of the story about the hare and tortoise, two very different characters with different speeds. But in difference they meet at the end and the cheetah eats the snail.

These are drawings with people with animal heads and a storyboard showing different speeds of when to animals meet each other. But if i was to do this storyboard again i would make the trees seem they were changing like they were moving in the wind to show the change in speed. Also the last drawing on this page was done in my life drawing lesson using chalk to draw a leg showing different tones of light and dark. I also using oil pastel to create a similiar effect showing different tones but to add colour to make the drawings stand out.
When looking at these drawings it looks a similiar style to a polish artist called Franciszek Starowieyski`because he uses animal heads on human bodies in his paintings, which makes his art bold and interesting to look at.

Final pieces for Kley Project

These are my three final concept pieces, one piece is showing tiny animal characters surrounded by a big environment of mushrooms and plant life. To create this drawing i used pencil and colour promarker pens then i uploaded it onto photoshop to add more effects to make the piece more interesting. The other piece is an oil pastel piece of a plant with a tiny character sitting on a leaf. Finally the other piece is a character done as a caricature drawn big to make the surrounding buildings smaller than her. This caricature drawing look similiar to the drawings that were done by an artist called Jody Brownd an American caricature artist, who lives in Maryland.
